Don’t let its laboratory layout and semi-professional equipment fool you—the Workshop is a casual, friendly, functional kind of place.
It is open to groups of up to nine people looking to learn a little more about the culinary arts. Guests can enjoy a thematic workshop on Quebec cuisine or on the art of preparing a specific dish. Personalized workshops tailored to your requirements are also available. The multipurpose workshop is also used for cooking demonstrations. On these special occasions, the workshop becomes a private dining room. A maximum of ten guests, seated comfortably around the central island, sample dishes prepared before their eyes by Daniel Vézina.
In addition, wine steward Sylvain Lambert uses the space to host wine tasting evenings on specific themes.
