When making reservations by phone or email, you will be asked for your credit card number. Payment in full for the class or meal will be charged one (1) week after the reservations are made.

If the method of payment is a gift certificate, we will still ask for a credit card number, in the event that the student does not present the gift certificate at the workshop.

To change or cancel your registration, you must notify us at least 15 days before the date of your reservation. If you cancel after this time, the full course amount will be charged to your credit card. If the cancellation occurs before the time, we will reimburse the full amount.

No refunds or makeup sessions will be given if the student is absent from one or several classes.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of registered students has not been met. In such an event, we will move the class to a later date and no extra fees will be charged.

The same cancellation policy applies to payment by credit card.
