The star attraction: recycled wildcat fur by Mariouche Gagné, dyed red and close-cropped to offer a warm and luxuriously unique welcome from the moment you walk in!

Both our décor and our image are the fruits of the talents and efforts of peerless collaborators who understood our vision and gave it life. Jean-Pierre Viau, through his immense talent and refreshing creativity, crafted a space that fits our concept and showcases the essence of our culture. The Cuisines Rochon team headed by Daniel and Steve Rochon brought this project masterfully together on an impossible deadline—and succeeded brilliantly! Jacques De Varenne of Lg2 Québec, with whom we’ve been working for years, redesigned the logo of our RESTAURANT | WORKSHOP | BOUTIQUE and made it reflect who we’ve become and where we’re heading.

The Chef! Chef! Menu

One “Chef Chef” Special! Our kitchen brigade repeated the term so often when describing the plat du jour, we used it for the menu item featuring our latest inspirations, daily culinary acrobatics, and reinvented flavors. The Chef! Chef! menu is a wordplay that describes playful dining celebrating the joy of discovering new flavors!

A unique dining experience

The literal basis of any fine dining experience is the dish itself. We had long had the somewhat fanciful dream of having our very own tableware. We wanted it to be sober and delicate, with pure lines that perfectly framed our culinary creations. That dream has become a reality! laurie raphaël now has its very own line of dinnerware designed and created by Quebec artists and artisans to offer the only visual and dining experience of its kind in Quebec.
