With the arrival of the new millennium, we wanted to give new meaning to our work and define our mission in the restaurant business. What we offer today is a modern, progressive, and varied dining experience that reflects our society and its many facets.

Our RESTAURANT | WORKSHOP | BOUTIQUE concept offers a veritable tour d’horizon of the gourmet world. You can sample culinary offerings in our restaurant and see the artists who created them at work in an environment specifically designed to showcase the sensuality of their craft. You can try your hand in our workshop, in a relaxed environment that’s part school, part home kitchen. And our boutique offers a host of culinary and artistic creations that appeal to all the senses.

Quebec is the inspiration and very essence of these experiences. Everything at the table, in the workshop, in the designs and, of course, in the food has been created by talented Quebec artists and artisans.
