The cooks having repeated this sentence over and over again during service, we decide to make it the name of  menu comprised of last minute spur-of-the-moment inspired plates. It is not only chefs favorite menu, but it also a preferred choice for people who like blind tasting and seek new experiences.

Incidentally, many dishes included in our regular menu originate from the Chef, Chef Menu.
