At the festival Montréal en lumière, Daniel Vézina and Raphael Vézina will recive Clément Petitjean, owner of La Grappe d’Or from Torgny in Wallonia. Inspired by the vast wilderness of the province of Quebec, this chef will cook the wild meat according to his vision!
On Tuesday January 21st and Wednesday January 22nd from 12 pm, we propose you the ‘’chef chef!’’ menu for 45.00$ and from 6:30 pm, we propose you a 120.00$ menu before wine (tax and tip not included) or a 195.00$ menu with wine (tax and tip not included).
