Reservation Policy

Cooking courses, All-Chocolate and “Sweet Molecules” cooking workshops

•    Your credit card number is required to make reservations.

•    We will collect the full amount of the cooking course when you make your reservations.

•    If payment is made with gift certificates, we will request the number of the certificate when you make your reservation. Credit card numbers will also be required in the event that the student does not show up or does not produce a gift certificate. If necessary, we will deduct the total amount of the course from the credit card.

•    If you wish to modify or cancel your registration, you must inform us at least 14 days in advance. We will be happy to refund the full amount that you have paid.

•    If you cancel after the 14-day deadline, we will retain 50% of the amount paid. The other 50% will be refunded to your credit card.

•    We reserve the right to cancel any course if the number of registrants is below the required minimum. In that case, we will postpone the course to a later date.

•    The price of services offered on site can be changed at any time without advance notice.
