In fact, our workshop is the ideal place for a cooking course in a relaxed, casual environment.Learn the secrets of the art of cooking as part of a group – 9 persons maximum. These courses are as special for us as they are for our students. The topic? That depends on the season and the inspiration of Daniel Vézina and Maxime Lebrun, head pastry chef.
As well, The Workshop becomes a private dining room for our famous demonstration dinners, where Chef Daniel Vézina prepares a meal in front of ten guests.
